Shipping policy

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Rates are based on weight, location, & package dimensions. All shipments are sent through UPS or USPS and tracking information will be sent to customers immediately following shipment.

International Shipping

Shipping fees for international orders are calculated at checkout.

Production Time

All items are handmade, wrapped, shipped, and packed by the store owner. Production time varies, but is typically  between 2-7 business days. The store  owner agrees to refund customers whose orders are not shipped within 30 days. This excludes custom orders and orders valued at $300 and above.

Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged, the store owner agrees to refund the entire order including the initial shipping charge and the return shipping fees as soon as the item (s) are returned in whatever state they were received.

USPS Lost Packages

If USPS loses a package, the value of that package will not be refunded to the customer via Anima in Bloom until the customer contacts USPS and verifies the status of their package and/or files a claim. Customers are encouraged to contact USPS if their package is lost, damaged, or delayed. If the customer is concerned about USPS losing, damaging, or delaying their shipment, they are encouraged to request insurance or purchase the UPS ground option at checkout.
